Shipping policy

We currently ship worldwide.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 days (Monday-Saturday).

Delivery Time:

  • 6-12 days (Monday-Saturday) for most countries.
  • Up to 15 business days for remote islands.

Shipping Cost:

  • Shipping is currently free for all orders.

Order Changes: Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or canceled. If you wish to return a product, you must start the returns procedure once you've received the item.

Item Not Received: If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet, but the tracking status shows it's delivered, please contact the carrier to locate your package. Once the item is with the carrier, we no longer have control over it. If the issue persists, kindly contact us at contact@Dynomuscle.com, and we will do our best to assist and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sometimes tracking information may not be available due to technical issues, preventing updates on the app. If, in such cases, you're still unable to locate your item, please contact us at contact@Dynomuscle.com, and we'll assist you in resolving the issue at our earliest convenience.
