Refund policy

We offer a 90-day return or replacement policy, giving you 90 days from receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To qualify for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the condition you received it, unopened, sealed , and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent through freight forwarders, international consolidators, or any third-party shipping facilities are not eligible for a refund. Only items sent back to one of our verified warehouse addresses are eligible.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important: Refunds can only be requested after the product has been delivered. If your order has not been marked as delivered, you are not eligible for a refund request. We do not issue refunds for orders still in transit or not yet received.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@Dynomuscle.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within the first hour after they have been placed. After one hour, our team will have already processed your order in our system and with our carrier.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Due to the nature of digital goods, ebooks are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Please ensure you are selecting the correct product before completing your purchase.

Exchanges: If you'd like to try a different product or receive a replacement, please contact us. In most cases, we offer a free replacement within 90 days, which is often more efficient than returning the product.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
