Refund policy

 We offer a 30-day return or replacement policy, giving you 60 days from receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To qualify for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund; only items sent back to one of our warehouses are eligible.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please refrain from ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning those that don't fit. If you need help selecting a size, we're always available at  contact@Dynomuscle.com.

To initiate a return, contact us at  contact@Dynomuscle.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Does your product not fit properly? No worries, contact us within the first 30 days after receiving your order, and we'll assist you with a free replacement, which is more advantageous in terms of time and money compared to a return.

Order cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within the first hour after they have been placed. After one hour, our team will have already processed your order in our system and with our carrier.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
